- It is important to note that our order processing times differ from our shipping and handling times.

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day.
- Holiday (BF, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt (excluding weekends), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time:
- USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number. We ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated with USPS.
- USPS First Class 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email along with your tracking number. We ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated with USPS.

- Luvwar Original is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Once your package has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you must reach out to USPS directly to have the issue rectified.
